Whether you’re looking for a new way to play or just some fresh ideas, these challenges are sure to keep you busy. So get started and see how many of them you can complete!
This Post Is All About The Sims 4 Challenges List
1. Sims 4 100 Baby Challenge
From the title, it seems like quite a straightforward challenge, because basically, your goal is to have 100 babies in as few generations as possible.
There are a few catches though, your female sims can’t have a baby with the same male sim more than twice, so you will need to have plenty of male sims on hand.
You must also set your sim to a normal lifespan with aging turned on.
However, once your sim becomes an elder, as long as their youngest daughter is a Young Adult, you can have her take over and continue the challenge.
Your sim can be employed but must either be self-employed or do a job where they work from home.
With this challenge, cheats and mods can’t be used, this makes it more challenging and interesting.
This mod has a plethora of rules so be sure to read through them and keep them to hand while you’re playing this challenge.
2. Sims 4 Not So Berry 2.0
Remember the “Not So Berry’ challenge from @lilsimsie and @alwaysimming, well this is an updated version.
It is still based on the original challenge where you have 10 generations centered around different colors; however, some aspects of the challenge have been slightly updated.
What the video below to find all the ins and outs of the challenge.
3. Sims 4 Rags to Riches
In this challenge, you start with nothing, no money in the bank, and no possessions.
You must then work your way up to becoming rich.
This might sound simple, but along the way, there are a bunch of challenges that your sim must complete.
Then if you want to spice things up and make it more challenging for your self there are some optional challenges that you can complete as well.
4. Sims 4 Black Widow Challenge
In this challenge, you play as a Sim whose goal is to kill off five husbands, hence the name ‘Black Widow’.
The ultimate objective is to have the ghosts of your five deceased husbands living with you and to complete the ‘Mansion Baron Aspiration’.
To make things more challenging, your Sim cannot have a job and can only earn money from fishing, collecting, pumpkin carving, and woodworking.
Their spouse can contribute their household income, and if they work, they can continue to do so.
However, these will be your only sources of income. (So you’d better hope your Sim chooses wealthy men to move in with in order to complete the ‘Mansion Baron Aspiration.’)
5. Sims 4 Legacy Challenge list
The legacy challenge is possibly one of the most well known and popular sims challenges.
The goal is to start with one Sim, typically a female, on a 50×50 lot or larger, with $1800 for the regular challenge or $0 for the extreme challenge.
You must then have that sim begin building a life for the next generation.
This will require earning money, building a house, and meeting someone to start the next generation with.
Then when you die the next generator will need to continue the legacy until you have completed 10 generations.
I’ve yet to get past the 3rd generation because I’m constantly restarting my game.
However, I recently started with new teen sims and I’m hoping to complete a version of this. I’ll update you if I manage to get past generation 3.
6. Sims 4 Decades Challenge
If you love history you’ll love this challenge. Your sim starts off in the 1890s and works their the decades up to the present day.
Each decade has a different set of rules as just like in history each decade would have been different from the next.
7. Sims 4 Homeless Challenge
We had this challenge in the Sims 3 and some amazing sims player has made a new version for the Sims 4.
Although there are a few do’s and don’ts of this challenge, the basic goal of this challenge is to have $5000 in the bank and a basic house.
So although still quite challenging, this challenge would be a lot quicker to complete than some of the other challenges on this list.
8. Sims 4 Runaway Teen Challenge
You start on an empty lot with zero simoleans and then have to start earning money to build a shelter for yourself.
Then are a number of other requirements that are involved with this challenge like not being able to have a phone until you have 1 bed, 1 bath and a kitchen hut.
As you’re a teen on the run you can’t be seen by any adults you also can’t have a part-time or full-time job so will need to find other resourceful ways of making money.
There are also several other rules so read through them all before you start.
As I feel like when you start with a fresh YA made in CAS I feel there’s never enough time to achieve everything.
So I loved to do a combination of this challenge and the legacy challenge.
As I feel like when you start with a teen sim you get to do a lot more things with them before they age up.
9. Sims 4 Asylum Challenge
This is a sims 3 challenge that a sims player has remade for the sims 4.
You start with an 8-sim household and all sims have the insane trait. They cannot use the self-assured trait, but their other traits and aspiration should be randomized.
Then their goal of the challenge is to complete their aspiration so they can leave the asylum
10. Sims 4 Apocalypse Challenge
You start with a single founder Sim, either male or female, of Young Adult age or older on an empty lot.
Your task is to rebuild civilizations. However, there are restrictions in this challenge that won’t be lifted until you’ve completed specific careers.
It’s too much to explain in this blog post, so click on the link below to read more.
11. Sims 4 Prison Challenge
Have you ever wanted to make other Sim’s lives a misery?
Then this is the challenge for you.
There are some set rules the basis of this challenge is to run a prison and have up to 15 prisoners at one time, have rehabilitated 10 prisoners and earned $60,000.
Which will complete the main challenge.
But if you want to take things a bit further there is a bonus challenge and optional challenge.
You may think this sounds quite a simple and fun challenge, but there is a chance of losing the challenge.
.
12. Sims 4 Bachelor or Bachelorette Challenge
Are you a big fan of the hit tv show the Bachelor or Bachelorette? Then this challenge is for you.
You start off with a single sim who is looking for love, they will go on a number of dates and hopefully find the one.
13. Sims 4 Alphabet Legacy Challenge
The same as the legacy challenge, but with a twist, each generation must have traits and likes that start with a letter of the Alphabet.
So your 1st generation will start with A, Second with B and So and you’ll complete the challenge when you’ve got to generation 10/letter H
14. Sims 4 Living off the Land
Create a sim and have them have the Nature aspiration. Build them a tiny home and they have them live off the land to earn their keep.
To make the challenge slightly harder they will not be able to paint or write to make money.
15. Sims 4 Disney Princess Challenge
Have you ever wanted to live out your childhood dream of being a Disney princess? Well, now you can with this challenge.
This is similar to the legacy challenge except each generation is based on a Disney princess, so I’d read through the rules carefully before playing.
These CC princess dresses would be a great accompaniment for this challenge
The first generation will take you through playing with Snow White and her children (the 7 dwarfs). Snow White won’t open the door to the evil stepmother, nor will she ever talk to elderly women.
16. Sims 4 100 Heartbreak Challenge
If you love breaking hearts in Sims 4, then this challenge is for you.
The challenge essentially requires you to meet 100 Sims, date them, and then break their hearts. (You cannot marry or have any kids with them; you can only date them.)
For this single-generational challenge, the creator recommends that you play on a long lifespan
17. Sims 4 Big Brother Challenge
If you’re a fan of big brother why not recreate it with your sims
18. Sims 4 Living Off The Grid
Next on our Sims 4 Challenges list is the Living Off The Grid Challenge.
Which will involve your sim living off the grid with no electricity.
They can have a conventional job so can only earn money doing off-grid type jobs.
19. Sims 4 Dollhouse Challenge
Love to build on the sims why not try the dollhouses challenge? There are a few rules, but the challenge is basically to build a doll’s house.
20. Sims 4 10k Starter Home Challenge
Another challenge if you love building is to build a starter home for 10k ensuring it doesn’t go over the 10k and includes a certain number of objects.
